And my computer doesn't work anymore; it completely stopped responding, so it might take a while to respond back. But I'll try as long as there is always a nearby computer

THE BASICS: write a Christmas/Holiday wish list. It can be any 10 wishes you'd like to have granted, no matter what they are. Possible or seemingly impossible. People look and grant the wishes if they can. It's not about "OMFG PRESENTS", it's about making someone else's holiday a little brighter by giving.

STEP ONE

** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA for the sake of privacy.

** Make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!


STEP TWO

** Surf this forum [link] and browse the lists. Here's the important part:

** If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

1. A violin(size 4/4): The last time my sister and I played the violin was in 5th grade. We would like to play the violin again for our grandparents who live in another country; they enjoy to hear us play songs.
2. The complete series of the anime Candy Candy in spanish. My mom loves this and she has been searching for this since her childhood times.
3. Somehow comeup with enough money for Anime Expo 2010. My friend said she would pay for the hotel......but I want to help too! I can't let her pay for all of it and she's always helping me out so I want to help her out.
4. A new laptop: the one I have has become a home to stray worms, viruses, and trojans and it has lost the struggle. It was just too much for it to handle.... but I'm glad it has lasted for 6 years =3
5. A Within Temptation album. I can't find their albums in stores and I can't buy any online due to the trojans and viruses that have infected my lap top. T-T Hang in there computer...don't follow the light yet.

7. A digital camera: the one we have won't work anymore....I have a feeling the computer infected it somehow
8. Any materials used for drawing. Such as sketchbooks, color pencils, special markers, different kinds of pencils used for sketching, rubber erasers, oil pastels, paint for water color, etc.
9. Anything related to peinguins, snowflakes, moon, stars, flowers, ferrets, mouses, mamegoma, ribbons, buttons, stickers, cherries, fireflies, milk tea, japanese fans,
bento boxes, chococat cat, hairclips, cookie cutters, japanese stationary/regular stationary, Ichijo Takuma or Senri Shiki from Vampire Knight, Shugo Chara, Prince Marth, Roxas from Kingdom Hearts, the movie The Thief and the Cobbler, Beyblade spinning tops, Yu-Gi-Oh! Dueling Cards, Rei Jesse or Jadin from Yu-Gi-oh!GX, or decorated chopsticks. Even the smallest and simplest things makes me happy and filled with joy =3
